Stacy Jupiter

Director Melanesia Program
Stacy Jupiter is the Melanesia Regional Director and Country Director for the Solomon Islands Program. She oversees the Wildlife Conservation Society's programs and projects in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. She specializes in community-based management, integrated land-sea management and coral reef ecology. Her Ph.D. is from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Stacy is based in Suva, Fiji and in 2019 was named a MacArthur Fellow.

Akisi Nabou

Watershed Officer
Akisi Nabou began as a volunteer in 2023, progressed to Project Assistant in 2024, and now serves as the Kubulau Watershed Project Officer. She leads the implementation of the KIWA and CAPA project activities in Kubulau, Bua supporting the conservation and sustainable management of the district’s forest and watershed ecosystems. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the Fiji National University, Akisi brings unwavering passion and commitment to empowering communities and protecting Fiji’s natural heritage.

Apisaki Fuka

Landscape and Watershed Intern
Apisaki Fuka is supporting the Terrestrial Team as an intern, with a focus on livelihoods and forest revegetation. She holds a Diploma in Forestry from Fiji National University, Apisaki brings hands-on experience in sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, and community-based resource initiatives.

Asena Motubula

Finance Officer for Fiji & Solomon
Asena Motubula joined WCS in February 2023 as an Administration & Logistics Assistant. Leveraging her extensive experience in the travel industry, she quickly demonstrated her competence and effectiveness in her role. She values teamwork, emphasizes good communication, and prioritizes quality in her work. Asena was promoted to Finance Assistant for Fiji and Solomon Islands in August 2023. Building upon her achievements, in July 2024 she was further promoted to the role of Finance Officer for Fiji and Solomon Islands. With her experience, she hopes to keep learning on the job and be of great value to her team at WCS.

Imraan Khan

Finance/Grants Coordinator
Imraan Khan joined WCS-Fiji in 2023 as the Grants Finance Coordinator for Fiji and the Solomon Islands. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Management and Public Admin from the University of the South Pacific. With over 12 years of experience in finance, he previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Citizens’ Constitutional Forum. He is specialized in grant compliance, financial reporting, and donor relations. At WCS, his responsibilities include ensuring WCS compliance with grant requirements & financial reports and maintaining accurate records of grant expenditures.

Joji Civoniceva

Marine Project Assistant
Joji joined WCS in 2022 as an intern and is now a Project Assistant for the Marine program assisting in the implementation of the Watershed Intervention System Health of Fiji (WISH) conducting endline survey. He holds a bachelor’s in marine science from the University of the South Pacific.

Milika Tabua

Communications Assistant
Milika joined WCS in 2024 as a Communications Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts majored in Journalism, Literature & Language from the University of the South Pacific. Her role involves the communicating WCS-Fiji’s project implementation activities to internal and external audiences.

Neelam Bhan

Project Coordinator - Coral Reef Rescue
Neelam Bhan had joined WCS in 2024 as the Coral Reef Rescue Project Coordinator. Neelam holds a postgraduate diploma in Marine Science and has over five years of experience in the small-scale fisheries sector. She is passionate about marine conservation and engaging with coastal communities, specializing in fish post-harvest, value chains, Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs), research, and socio-economic surveys. Neelam is dedicated to developing resilient coastal ecosystems and empowering local communities through sustainable fishing practices. She has collaborated with international organizations like the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), contributing to Nature-based Solutions initiatives.

Neomai Ravitu

Manager Marine
Neomai is the Manager - Marine for the WCS Fiji Program, bringing extensive expertise in marine biology and fisheries management. She previously served as the Director of Fisheries in Ministry of Fisheries Fiji, she played a key role in advancing gender equity and social inclusion in the sector. With over 20 years in the Ministry of Fisheries and Forests, she has promoted sustainable fishing practices and strengthened community capacity in marine resource management. Passionate about environmental stewardship and women’s empowerment in conservation, Neomai’s work has earned national and international recognition as she continues to lead efforts to protect Fiji’s marine biodiversity.

Ruci Tabuya

Logistics and Admin Assistant
Ruci joined WCS as an Admin & Logistics Assistant in November 2023. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of the organization’s logistics and administrative operations. She holds a Professional Diploma in Business Management from the University of the South Pacific. Before joining WCS, Ruci spent nine years in the travel industry before transitioning to Tower Insurance Fiji, where she worked for three years as a Customer Care Consultant. Ruci is passionate about her work and is committed, ambitious, and dedicated to her team. She strives to perform at her best and continues to contribute to the success of the WCS team.
